I believe it is my life calling to lift trauma survivors out of shame and dysfunction into thriving and experiencing joy.<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It outlines some of the trauma I have overcome to live the life of purpose and joy that I now enjoy. She shows powerful ways to have more control over your life through her mind-body techniques, and personal examples of overcoming trauma and abuse.
